Product

See what is in your list before you send.

VXSentry turns a CSV of uncertain contacts into a file with clear verification evidence. It checks what it can, labels what it cannot know, and keeps your original data alongside the result.

The product

Two ways to check. One clear result system.

Start with one address or move through a complete CSV workflow. No subscription is required.

01

Bulk list verification

Upload a CSV up to the current 5 MB limit, choose the email column, preview the records and confirm the credit requirement before processing starts.

02

Single email verification

Verified, active accounts can check up to 10 unique email addresses over the lifetime of the free-check offer. These checks never use paid credits.

03

Results you can act on

Every processed address gets a category, score, confidence, plain-English reason and recommended action. A score never replaces the visible category.

Verification intelligence

Simple on the outside. Careful underneath.

01

Format

Checks the address structure before deeper work begins.

02

Domain and mail routing

Looks for the DNS records a domain needs to receive mail.

03

Mailbox response

Asks the receiving server about the recipient when its policy and the network permit it. The check stops before message content is sent.

04

Catch-all behavior

Tests whether a domain appears to accept arbitrary recipients, which makes one mailbox hard to confirm.

05

Disposable providers

Checks the domain against maintained temporary-email intelligence.

06

Role and pattern signals

Flags labels such as sales@ or support@ and other patterns that deserve caution.

07

Suppression intelligence

Checks applicable entries maintained for the account and platform. It does not remove contacts from an outside tool.

Verification stops before the SMTP DATA stage. No message body is sent to the recipient.

Six categories

A useful answer includes uncertainty.

Receiving systems do not always disclose mailbox information. VXSentry will show Unknown or Catch-all when the evidence does not support a firm yes or no.
Deliverable

Looks good

The receiving server accepted the mailbox and the domain did not behave like a catch-all. It is a reasonable candidate for sending, not a delivery guarantee.

Recommended: Send

Undeliverable

Leave it out

The address has invalid syntax, its domain cannot receive mail, or the receiving server rejected the mailbox.

Recommended: Suppress

High risk

Think twice

The address matched an applicable VXSentry or account suppression entry, or uses a known disposable provider.

Recommended: Do not send

Risky

Use caution

The address has a role-based label or another suspicious pattern that deserves review, even when other checks look healthy.

Recommended: Send with caution

Catch-all

Mailbox uncertain

The domain appears to accept arbitrary recipients, so its response cannot confirm that this individual mailbox exists.

Recommended: Verify manually

Unknown

We won’t guess

The domain can receive mail, but the provider did not give enough information to confirm or reject this mailbox.

Recommended: Recheck later

Your file

Original columns in. Enriched CSV out.

VXSentry stores each original row for the job and adds seven result columns to the export. It does not silently rewrite your source fields.

Control

Credits, history and suppression in one account.

Paid list checks use one credit per processable email. The dashboard shows your balance, job history and downloads. Suppression checks use applicable account and platform records inside VXSentry; they do not update another platform.
